NO! Sure, the workout will be challenging, but that is the point of CrossFit. Since every workout is infinitely scalable it can be made to suit the skill level of virtually any individual. CrossFit has been made to suit the needs of kids, housewives, people who have never lifted a weight and the elite athlete.
When you purchase a CrossFit membership, you are purchasing a well-designed program and hands-on coaching. CrossFit classes range from $8-$12 per class for our most popular options. You need to decide how important your health and fitness is compared to your daily coffee fix ($4.00/day), your daily energy drink fix ($3-9/day) or eating out at least once a week. We are confident that after a few weeks the results you will achieve will become something you can’t live without.
If you’re not used to a strenuous workout, that’s perfectly fine. The trainers have a way of pushing you appropriately and backing off. Some people aren’t used to having a lot of stress on their body, and that’s okay. This is the kind of training that will let you progress in strength and work capacity.
Simply, we’re exactly what you need. Affordable, performance based fitness in an environment equally suited to CrossFit veterans and beginners alike. Our classes are led by dedicated, professional CrossFit Certified instructors, who are ready to challenge your ability and push you to the next level. And no matter what “the next level” is for you… we will get you there.

Classes will run approximately one hour. A typical class will be run with a mobility warm-up session, skills, a weightlifting session followed by the workout of the day (WOD).
We will have intro classes for new comers before they will be allowed to participate in a CrossFit class. This will help ensure that you are comfortable and safe when you start your first class. In all our classes, everything will be scaled so everyone can participate.
